Migration and Motherhood with Rachel Farbiarz
One glimpse of Rachel Farbiarz’s art conveys with clarity that she was born to be an artist. Yet the journey to her most recent solo show, A Different Country, opening in Washington, D.C. on October 29 has not been a straight path. Rachel, a graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School, and mother of two, has long wrestled with what it means to be a professional and a parent.
